Our monthly movement events return with a ceremonial cacao and 5 elements dance workshop,
lead by our newest friend, Omotayo Evans-Akingbola aka. “Sacred Shapes”.

The workshop will take you through the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether
- each exploring the connection between body and mind through movement.

TY  e v a n s - A k i n g b o l a

Ty is a healer, space holder and movement meditation practitioner.  She began her own journey in 2012 and has spent the past 5 years travelling the world experiencing the healing practices of dance, yoga and plant medicines.  She now holds cacao ceremonies with 5 Elements Dance in London.  Ty is a firm believer in the power of dance as a tool for healing, integration and transformation.  As a qualified yoga teacher, she has been gifted with a priceless understanding of how body and breath can work together to quieten the mind.  She is endlessly fascinated by the wisdom of the body and her movement meditations are aimed at guiding people out of their head, into their feet and into their own unique way of flowing with life.

The goal of her ceremonies is to create a sacred space that allows everyone to feel safe, seen and heard in the fullness of their being without judgement.  Through gently guided free-form dance and movement, we come deeper into relationship with our own being, with each other and with the present moment.

Please note: Cacao in ceremonial doses is not recommended if you are on anti-depressants or have a serious heart condition. You're welcome to still come and experience the ceremony without ingesting any cacao.

*Please note that a booking fee applies to all individual ticket transactions. All tickets for Secret Yoga Club events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please consider this when booking tickets for your chosen activity.
